A private, concierge-level sourcing service for clients looking for specific designer or vintage pieces. Each request is sourced through our network of trusted global suppliers, ensuring authenticity, quality, and fair market pricing.
How It Works
1. Submit your request
Share the brand, model, preferred colour, condition, and your budget range.
2. Pay the sourcing deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to begin the search and is applied toward your final purchase.
- Under $1,000 budget — $50
- $1,000–$3,000 budget — $100
- Over $3,000 budget — $150
3. Receive options
Curated options are presented within 3–10 days, depending on availability.
4. Approve the piece
Once approved, the sourcing fee and remaining balance are billed. Your deposit is deducted.
5. Delivery
Your item is imported, authenticated, inspected, and prepared for pickup or shipping. Delivery typically takes 7–21 days.
All sourced items are final sale.
Sourcing Fee
Covers search time, authentication, supplier access, import handling, and curation.
- Items under $500 — $50 flat fee
- $500–$1,000 — 10%
- $1,000–$2,000 — 8%
- Over $2,000 — 5%

Ranges vary by model, year, condition, rarity, and demand:
- Gucci: $450–$1,200
- Prada: $550–$1,400
- Celine: $700–$1,800
- YSL: $700–$1,600
- Fendi: $500–$1,300
- Loewe: $650–$1,500
- Dior: $900–$2,200
- Louis Vuitton: $800–$2,500
