Processing & Timelines
Orders are carefully inspected, packaged, and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
- Canada: 2–5 business days
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance
Shipping Costs
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $300 CAD within Canada and the United States. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your location.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival — these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for estimated costs before placing your order.
Carriers
We ship via Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx depending on destination and package dimensions. Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Final Sale
All sale items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review product descriptions and measurements carefully before purchasing.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at info@ledepartment.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received in error or is not as described.

Authentication & Condition
Every piece at LE DEPARTMENT undergoes a rigorous multi-step authentication and condition assessment before being listed for sale. We source directly from trusted consignors and evaluate each item for authenticity, provenance, and integrity.
Condition is graded and noted in each product listing. We describe wear honestly — minor patina or signs of age consistent with a vintage piece will always be disclosed. If you have questions about a specific item, we are happy to provide additional photographs or details upon request.
